Elysian Charter School Performing Arts Students
Get a Holly Jolly Opportunity
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Hoboken, NJ (Tuesday, December 1, 2009)—Elizabeth Barry & Associates, Hoboken's Marketing and PR firm concentrating in the arts has announced an exclusive event in honor of Elysian Charter School students.
On Monday, December 7th, from 3:30 to 4pm, Arts to Grow Teaching Artist, Patricia Runcie, at the Elysian Charter School, along with Mallory King of Arts to Grow, and sixteen lucky students will participate in a Holiday Tribute for generation dance (gendance) the first global email magazine for performing arts, published by Elizabeth Barry & Associates.
gendance is a media sponsor for Arts to Grow and has designed this celebration as part of their annual non-profit support. The event will take place during Arts to Grow's regularly scheduled program at the Elysian School at 316 Garden Street, Hoboken, NJ.
Students in grades 3-7 will perform a gendance rendition of "Holly Jolly Christmas" newly entitled "Holly gendance Christmas." They will perform for a video tribute set to publish to over 25,000 readers on gendance Thursday, December 24th. Parents, children, performing arts fans and Hoboken residents can sign up to receive the tribute at www.gendance.com.
The kids may get an even bigger surprise. Geo Hubela, founder of ICON Dance Complex, the largest dance center in New Jersey, finalist on America's Best Dance Crew, and this year's Arts to Grow Spokes Artist has also been asked to appear in the video with his students.
"The holidays are a time for giving and we're thankful to showcase our accomplishments to the thousands of gendance fans across the world," added Mallory King, Arts to Grow Founder.
